Thanks AJ, relevant topic. In my industry (Facility Management) we called the B2B process is NOSE (Need Outcome Solution Evidence). Commercial Excellence is a mindset that required to have not only by sales team but also operational team. Aiming customer experiences for values beyond productivity improvement is the virtue for long lasting relationship and building stickiness with customers. It should be part of organizational culture.
