You forgot to mention that Lake Hills is considered architecturally significant for its Northwest Mid-Century Modern Architecture. In fact, the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and the Washington Trust for Historic Preservation both signed on to a recommendation to preserve the Mid-Century architecture in this neighborhood: dahp.wa.gov/sites/default/files/LakeHillsStudy_UW_StudentProject_Modified.pdf Would MN Homes consider building houses designed to complement the architecture in this unique neighborhood? There are some great architects in this area who design houses that would fit beautifully into this neighborhood. Shed Architecture , Chesmore-Buck, CTA, Analogous Architecture, and Studio Temperate all come to mind. I really love Craftsman homes, but they don't belong in a significant Mid-Century neighborhood.

Towering over our neighborhood. Total loss of privacy to neighboring homes. Most people in neighborhood or passing by think it is ridiculous. Totally out of place. Builders had no care for neighborhood when building. This long time home owner feel sad everyday I see this home. T. B.

Am really liking your videos and presentation, but it's nice that you add in people near the end, otherwise the house you're showcasing looks like the Rapture happened and people just up and disappeared in the middle of things, leaving the water running and the fires going. I'm kidding by the way. Great music choice too.
