@@carlosyen65 nice. I bought mine with Karmas but might buy Hokus in the future. I also bought risers to lower it even more. I figure it may scrape so I also bought clear vinyl car wrap to place on the bottom, I have no idea of it will work, but it's worth a try.

You've been testing a lot of LDP stuff, so could you please compare the LEPSK8 tail with TTX or zero-degree trucks like Delirium or Insania? Always enjoy you videos, thank you!
@carlosyen658 күн бұрын
The operating principles of these zero-degree trucks are similar. They do not turn, only lean. The only difference lies in the efficiency of rebound and how to rebound. It’s difficult to show them in videos without good shooting equipment. If you want to see how they work, you should be able to search them on the Internet. As for the differences between them, there have been many comments on the same Internet. TTA/TTX relies on two metal arms for twisting and rebounding, LEPSK8 tail/T-zero/S tail, etc. rely on left and right squeezing bushing for rebounding, Delirium/Insania is vertical compression bushing. Therefore, in terms of rebound efficiency, TTA/TTX > LEPSK8 tail > Delirium. If you like pumping at high speeds, then there is no problem in choosing TTA/TTX. If you are used to pumping in the speed range below 18km, then LEPSK8 tail and Delirium/Insania will be better choices for you.

Which angle rear that you showed do you feel is easiest to pump for long distances?
@carlosyen6512 күн бұрын
I don’t think there is a certain answer to this question. Because everyone’s skills and driving route conditions are different. If you want to use the highest speed as the standard, then the lower the angle, the better. But how much of the time is it possible to drive at top speed all the time? My favorite and most used setting on this board is 35 degrees. Because it's interesting.

That's a very compact setup👍. How fast can it go just pumping on flat road? Always wanted to built a short & light setup but heard that the top speed will be low. My fastest setup now is on a Bossa LDP42
@carlosyen65Ай бұрын
@walter8758 I have not measured the maximum speed on this board because it is built to be portable for travel. A short board requires more energy to maintain high speed. Usually I am used to maintaining it at 16-18km/h, but I want to There should be no problem if it exceeds 20km/h.

How do you like the Hokus compared to other wheels you have used on the Pranayama?
@carlosyen654 ай бұрын
It all depends on the route you ride. If there are many turning places in the city, or you often need to move hand-held, then 85mm is the most appropriate. If the road quality is a bit bumpy, the 92mm kama is suitable. If there are many straight roads, or there are many gravel or uneven roads, hoku can be more comfortable. The acceleration is actually quite good. It is not as bulky as a dad body, and is a bit like a slightly larger kama wheel. Of course, the flexibility cannot be compared with the 85mm wheel. The advantage is the comfort and smoothness when rolling over bad roads. I personally feel that hoku performs quite well among the same levels.

They look super fun! Do you consider the valkyries worth the money on the supersonic? Or would you recommend another front truck?
@carlosyen654 ай бұрын
I think the original bear or paris v3 is very easy to use. You only need to replace the bushing to meet the needs of most people. If you want a smoother feeling, poppy is also a good choice. Valkyrie is a bit too expensive.
