A lovely service for my cousin Christine. We shall miss Christine so much when we visit Harris and Lewis each year. She was always so pleased to see us and have lunch with us. I stumbled across this, the first time i met Jemima she sat me down made me tea and the biggest sandwich I had ever seen, she made me so welcome and was truly a lovely lady

[Jemima was the wife of the late dad (Donald MacDonald) [She was mum to 8 of us, granny to 9, great-granny to 14 and 1 yet to be born, great-great-granny to 1 and one yet to be born. Jemima was a sister to 4 siblings, her brother James 83yrs old, is the only one still alive. sister-in-law to 2, and aunty to many] Our parents were members of the High Church Stornoway until they both were in ill health. Our dad passed away in 2003 and shortly after our mum moved to Inverness to live with two of her daughters, who cared for her, mum also had carers coming in as our sisters also had to go to their work. Our mum & dad are now in the presence of Jesus, their Lord, and Saviour, and they're more alive now than they have ever been on earth. "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life.
