This is criminal actions from the prosecutors and the judge to allow this to go on . Everyone is supposed to be able to address their government with their grievance and it can't be the whistle blowers liability how the citizens react to the situation. You need to appeal and file malicious prosecution and rights violations lawsuits. The jury member's and the judge's actions should be reason for mistrial .

Dr. Jeffrey Solan’s Statement Superintendent of Cheshire Public Schools, delivered at the Cheshire Board of Education (BOE) meeting on November 21, 2024 --- Statement (Revised for Clarity): *"In terms of evaluating threats, this is something that, unfortunately, we deal with on a fairly regular basis. My personal background includes a degree in counseling and psychological services, with extensive training in threat assessment. As we move forward, our administrators and involved professionals have taken action. On Monday, the police were contacted, and we began reevaluating the situation, including contact with the teacher and evaluating the threat. The idea that the police might make different decisions based on political views is something I would let the police chief respond to. That has not been my experience with them, but certainly, he could provide better clarity on their perspective. It’s the police department, after all, that determines if people get arrested-not the superintendent. That’s not within my purview. The teacher was not in school on Monday, and the idea that I might compromise student safety is, frankly, insulting. Student safety is always paramount for us. When evaluating situations involving students or staff, particularly with respect to free speech rights, I rely on professionals I work with, including human resources officers and legal counsel. Regarding employment and this situation, there are laws that dictate how we manage employee issues. In this case, we followed the laws, reviewed the circumstances, and acted as expediently as possible given the complexity. Arrests and criminal charges are determined by the police, not by the school district. Employment matters are handled closely with our legal team to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Hindsight is always 20/20. In situations like this, we evaluate from multiple perspectives to ensure safety. What’s most troubling about this situation is how it has shaken trust-not just within our community but also beyond it. This incident undermines confidence in what educators do for students and families. It’s incredibly hurtful and has caused sleepless nights for me and many others. As we move forward, we will continue to review this situation to identify ways we can improve, whether through policy adjustments or addressing broader legal frameworks. What we do as educators is incredibly important, and the trust our community places in us is critical. I feel terrible that this trust was compromised. If anything I’ve done contributed to unhappiness, I deeply regret that."* --- Context and Critical Observations 1. Timeline Issues: The video was recorded and posted on Wednesday, November 6, the day after the election. Dunleavy admitted to attending school that day, seeking “support” from her colleagues. It’s unclear why Solan’s statement doesn’t address whether he or any administrator was aware of her emotional state or the brewing incident that same day. The timeline after the video was posted remains vague. She likely attended school on Thursday and Friday, yet Solan fails to address why no action was taken by administrators or the district during those two days. This gap raises questions about when he was notified of the video and what initial actions were (or were not) taken. 2. Lack of Policy Reference: Solan fails to mention existing BOE policies, including the district’s social media policy, which explicitly prohibits posts that could damage the reputation of the district or create a hostile environment. This omission weakens his argument that the district followed legal and procedural standards. There’s no explanation of how the district applied its policies to this case or how those policies guided its actions. 3. Threat Assessment: Solan highlights his background in counseling and threat assessment but offers no insight into the specific threat assessment conducted on Dunleavy. Was her behavior reviewed against established risk protocols? Did the district consider her comments a credible threat to student or staff safety? Solan’s statement offers no answers. 4. Notification Process: Solan does not explain how or when he was first made aware of the video. If the video went viral by the weekend, why was there no apparent response until Monday? The lack of detail about his awareness and response timeline suggests a reactive rather than proactive approach. 5. Defensiveness: Solan’s response to concerns about student safety being compromised-calling the accusations “insulting”-comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging community fears and outlining how safety was maintained, he focused on his personal offense. This weakens his credibility as a leader. --- Summary of Dr. Solan’s Statement Dr. Jeffrey Solan’s statement at the BOE meeting on November 21, 2024, was an attempt to address the fallout from the viral video posted by a Cheshire Public Schools teacher. His remarks highlighted his professional background, emphasized adherence to procedural standards, and expressed regret over the erosion of community trust. However, significant gaps in the timeline, lack of reference to BOE policies, and vague explanations undermined the strength of his statement. --- Assessment 1. Weaknesses in Leadership: Solan failed to provide a clear and comprehensive timeline of events. He omitted key details about the teacher’s attendance on Thursday and Friday following the video’s posting and did not address why no immediate action was taken until Monday. His statement lacked acknowledgment of the BOE’s social media policy and how it applied to this incident. Referencing this policy could have strengthened his argument and demonstrated adherence to district standards. His defensiveness about safety concerns detracted from the overall message and came across as tone-deaf in a moment that called for empathy and transparency. 2. Lack of Accountability: Solan did not address his own role in handling the situation or what, if anything, he could have done differently. Deferring to legal counsel and law enforcement without providing insight into his leadership decisions signals deflection rather than ownership. 3. Missed Opportunity to Rebuild Trust: While Solan expressed regret over the erosion of trust, his statement lacked tangible steps to rebuild it. Vague mentions of “policy adjustments” and “legal frameworks” were insufficient to reassure the community. --- Conclusion Dr. Solan’s statement reflects a reactive and defensive approach to a crisis that demanded clear leadership and accountability. By failing to provide a detailed timeline, reference existing BOE policies, or explain the district’s immediate response, Solan missed an opportunity to reassure the community and demonstrate proactive leadership. While he expressed regret over the situation, his inability to outline concrete actions or acknowledge areas for improvement undermined his credibility as superintendent.

You need to hit up United Healthcare too I have never gotten so many denials but then they say oh you don't have to pay your bill is 0 but why did they deny something and I've got statements and paperwork here of it being denied but then who's paying it? If it's denied it's denied completely and they're using the Philippines across the waters to use codes for different procedures and they are not getting them right I last year got eight cards for primary care doctor because they want that name listed on your card your new card I got eight damn cards and none of them was right except for two. And they're starting the same s*** this year I just got another card in the mail that was supposed to have a primary care doctor on it and already received the one that I needed but it's not marked for 2025. And they sent me another one without his name on it and I had to go order another one that makes three damn cards you know what that is the Philippines getting paid a certain amount probably not damn s*** they haven't learned nothing yet but the thing of it is that they're still getting paid to make this cards when they get paid for itprobably no more than $2 and at any less probably only a dollar.

✅ Psalms 37 ……of David. Matt Gaetz removed his name from consideration for the role of attorney general because his nomination became a “distraction” from Donald Trump’s agenda. A review of Gaetz’s work as a representative of the state of Florida for the last few years shows why the establishment flipped out over his nomination: Gaetz is strongly pro-Trump and does not put up with the lies of the left. However, the media is also unhappy about Trump’s new pick for attorney general, Pam Bondi. It is easy to become overwhelmed by the devil’s obsessive propaganda in these uncertain times, but Psalm 37 contains great encouragement for students of the Bible. 1 Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong; 2 for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. 3 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. 4 Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: 6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. 7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. 8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret-it leads only to evil. 9 For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land. 10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found. 11 But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity. 12 The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them; 13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming. 14 The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright. 15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts, and their bows will be broken. 16 Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked; 17 for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the LORD upholds the righteous. 18 The blameless spend their days under the LORD’s care, and their inheritance will endure forever. 19 In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty. 20 But the wicked will perish: Though the LORD’s enemies are like the flowers of the field, they will be consumed, they will go up in smoke. 21 The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously; 22 those the LORD blesses will inherit the land, but those he curses will be destroyed. 23 The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; 24 though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand. 25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. 26 They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be a blessing. 27 Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever. 28 For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. Wrongdoers will be completely destroyed ; the offspring of the wicked will perish. 29 The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever. 30 The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom, and their tongues speak what is just. 31 The law of their God is in their hearts; their feet do not slip. 32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous, intent on putting them to death; 33 but the LORD will not leave them in the power of the wicked or let them be condemned when brought to trial. 34 Hope in the LORD and keep his way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are destroyed, you will see it. 35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man flourishing like a luxuriant native tree, 36 but he soon passed away and was no more; though I looked for him, he could not be found. 37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright; a future awaits those who seek peace. 38 But all sinners will be destroyed; there will be no future for the wicked. 39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the LORD; he is their stronghold in time of trouble. 40 The LORD helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him

Tesla is a tech company, not a luxury company, or a “ status” company. The money you spend goes into the tech, and people don’t see that just seeing the vehicles or even sitting in one. The tech is the best kept secret. I’m a four year Model 3 owner, I don’t miss buttons, bells and whistles, or even a display in from of me. Anyone who uses an iPhone or iPad knows that the UI is easy to uses for anyone, and any Tesla is no different, the UI is really easy to use for anyone. Teslas aren’t for everyone, and the Cybertruck is no different…. Anyone who has been following Elon Musk himself understands why the Cybertruck looks the way it looks and why it exists…

(CNN) - A recent lawsuit alleges Linda McMahon, who President elect Donald Trump tapped to lead the Department of Education, knowingly enabled the sexual exploitation of children by a World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) employee as early as the 1980s - allegations she denies.
