I think Max is the best vent since Ray Alan. I think Grandad’s antics can hinder him so I suggest sacking him and replacing him with someone more politically correct or at least teach him better social skills (NO DON’T!!!). Brilliant interview, great photos.

Lovely rapport coming across in this one. Fun experiences Mark has had. I really enjoy these, maybe you could do a live poker night with all of the interactions and a voting button for best/worst player!?

I actually came up with the an idea like this and we did film it quite a fews ago, Poker Jokers... but rather than a vote for worst/best player we had a poker tournament and there was a forfeit for the loser - or they had to do the winner's act word for word at a comedy club - it had potential - we should have another go

Saw Noel at the Old town hall in Hemel Hempstead in the mid nineties. He took the audiance to his world which was bizarre and slightly scary. Comedy genius 😂

Well that was great although I’d not heard of Steve Best before. Is that my turning into a “don’t know Monty Don” person moment? But mainly….Jasper Carrot! I saw him live forty’ish years ago, then on tv maybe a couple of times since. I may have opted for “being dead?” if I’d been asked what he’s doing now. Off to YT now to see if recent Jasper is on there. He’s 79 btw.

Thanks for commenting - I grew up listening to Jasper Carrot on vinyl, as kids we would quote all the routines. Such a wonderfully funny comedian. I'd love to interview him too one day
