Did you get an error message on the dash when this happened? I have "right sliding door problem" error. It will open and close about three times then the message comes back and I can't use the buttons. I need to disconnect the battery to reset it. It will start to close then give the long beep sound and stop when it does error. And if you push the start ignition button while trying to close the door. Only the right side though. I replaced the switch, checked fuses, etc. I inquired with the dealer but they didn't seem interested in looking into it. Basically said it can be a long diagnosis and extensive fix. Then turned their back.

I never got a dash message when the door was binding up. Just the long beep and it would reverse itself. Best of luck with what you have going on. Hope it’s not too in depth.

Guy here in town has this exact one for sale for $850 right now. I am first time row planter (been broadcasting for years) would you recommend this for a newbie at $850 in fair condition?

If everything is functional with minimal repair I’d say that’s an ok price. Had to rebuild fertilizer agitator on mine.

We didn’t see much unfortunately. After asking around, you have to stay on the top until almost dark to see them coming out.

Isnt that pocket a cooler for ice?
@T.Byrd.Things

The original pocket wouldn’t have held ice very well. The new pocket could hold ice but not insulated.

Do you have a link for the hatch you used? Also, what did you paint the cutting board with?
@T.Byrd.Things

I put the link to the hatch in the description. Regular spray paint has worked good so far.

I would have used a smaller vehicle than weighed less and a weaker battery

Where did you find the different plates for that planter.

I got lucky when I bought the planter that plates were included. I’ve seen BurchStore Tractor have some here and there on their website.

What are your thoughts on the bridger planter? As good as any other? Cool video. Thank you

I've heard that bridger and ford upgraded their planters to be able to use john deere seed plates. Is that true?

I have one on my Polaris and the mount was more than the winch lol. I could have gotten the mount cheaper but I was going riding and the stealership was the only place that had one

Hello, is 9 inches the full diameter of the whole hatch, or the inner diameter of its opening?
@T.Byrd.Things
@T.Byrd.Things 3 жыл бұрын
Inside opening of hatch is 8”. Where the hatch sits into the boat a 9” diameter opening is required. I traced the hatch itself to make sure I was cutting correctly.

Great video! Gave the hatch mod. a shot last night and it came out great! I was actually able to use a utility knife/box cutter to remove the original storage compartment from my Aruba 10 the plastic is super easy to cut it you heat it a bit with a heat gun or hair dryer. Thanks for the vid!
