Downloading google calendar belongs in the sensitive scope so you would be forced to verify your app if in production. Under testing everything is fine at least for 7 days. Then you must delete your credentials and create new ones.

i'm struggling to get any info out of Google on this. hopefully someone might be able to help on here. I set up a project/test site which simply uses the API to request a users subscribed channels and then pull the count of those videos and the url to the latest video. somehow running this script a handful of times to test has taken me over the limit. how on earth am I (or anyone else) supposed to make any kind of app which uses the youtube API without it going over the limit? if you can't "buy" extra quota too. I'm baffled.
