I don't think that my CBD oil will harm my kittie in any way.

I'm trying to keep the diet of my kittie both varied and healthy. A combo of wet and dry food. As my mother would use me and my step dad as ginny pigs during her psych. studies, I'm using my kittie to cultivate my telepahtic skills. I'm having internal chatters with her, even when she's resting by my feet..

My kittie is a smart little girl. She knows to stay away from wires, whether they are connected or not.

This was very helpful. The one thing I disagree with is the idea of having them look in a mirror. In my experience cats do not see themselves, their reflections in mirrors. I have tried many times bringing the cat in front of one and NOTHING, no response at all. I also doubt they need to have TV on, they enjoy natural sounds (they hear better than we do) and also just silence and peace. It is very true about their need for routine. My cat will sit and stare at me and then gently meow over and over when feeding time (in his mind) has arrived until I respond. They only are destructive when all else fails.

I love how they're conscious of liver damage for cats, but why do humans consume Tylenol if it does the same damage?

My PET CAT OREO 😻💜🐈💖🐾😻. I fed him with dry food, I offered wet and chicken and prawns too. He ate only dry food for years. Bcoz of that he got CKD and a month ago he passed away 😭😭😭MY LOSS. He's Ginger Male well disciplined and Humble N most Lovable and Lovely Cat. I never cut his nails in his lifetime And also never groomed his hair on the body. He's comfortable with that. I used to feed him whenever I was at home. He used to take more water also. During his last days stopped having food survived on only Coconut water. May be bcoz of Summer N sunstroke I think so, difficult to recover. My Pain😭😭😭. I never expected this will happen to My PET. 😢😢😢😭😭😭🐾😻🐈💜💖. I am From Hyderabad, India

My cat is about 10 years old. She is a great help with dealing with PTSD. Before I had her I really struggled with the depression, I now have very little problems thanks to my cat's ability to adjust her behaviour based on my mood.

My kittie eats when she's hungry. If she wants wet food, she gets the kind she wants, and I leave dry food out for free feeding by the window.

I have just started leash training again for my fur baby. She's still a bit skittish about the scary outdoors and the leash after she went on an adventure on her on for 6 nights last August in a park and small forest nearby. She got lose from her harness. Now, she has gotten used to the harness. She's still not a fan of the leash however. Thing is, we live in a small apt, and as a 1st cat dad and veteran with injuries which makes it hard to walk and stand for longer periods.

Our cats know what "NO" means, and they usually stop the offending action when calmly scolded.

I found it interesting in stating you had an allergy to 'cat fur'. Ya, probably not. Probably allergic to the FEL D1 protein in their saliva that gets in their fur, and then becomes airborne. Some breds of cats are *extremely* low in having this level of protein in their saliva. For example; when I met my wife, she had a room in the basement of her parents house, that her moms cats, one a Ragdoll and the other a Maine Coon, were NOT allowed in her room, and were shut out of it. She loves cats, adores them, grew up as a kid with at least 2 cats in the house from the time she was 5. That was when her allergies started. When we started dating, and after she moved out and we shacked up together, we'd go to visit her folks, and she'd be a sneezing, wheezing, dribbling wreck for 2 or 3 days after if she didn't take an allergy pill. Well, almost 20 years later, we have 2 purebred Siberians in our home, a male and a female, and they are mostly indoor cats, and only go outside on a leash (that definitely gets some funny looks and comments !!). House gets vacuumed weekly, cats get brushed twice a week, they sleep on our bed (sure glad we bought a king size !!), and she has pretty much ZERO allergic reaction to either of them ! So, if you love cats, but you're allergic and want a kitty, investigate a few of the different breeds of 'hypoallergenic' cats. Siberians are one of about 6 breeds that have very low amounts of FEL D1 in their saliva. A *GOOD* breeder will allow you to either meet and greet, or allow you to rub a garment or piece of fabric (some will even mail you a sample) to gauge your allergic reaction. Males typically have more FEL D1, and females less. However ...... I will warn you, once you read up on Siberians, and you get to meet some of them, and hold and cuddle one, you'll be done for !! Hahaha !! They are an amazing breed of cat !! Expensive, but so totally worth it !!

I'm trying to convince my kittie to tag along with me for walks when I have to make errands. How can I teach my kittie that the leash is not dangerous? We live in a small apt, so stepping outside will be good for her, despite her 6 night long adventure by getting out of her harness during one of these walks. Thankfully, she came back... Found her way to the trap box filled with food the 6th night.

My first cat came to me januari 4th of 2010. I was staying in my (then) girlfriends house, because she asked me too, because of her health. And than came Pushka in, after one of their cats. We (Pushka & me bonded in less than 2 hours). But he smelled the other 3 humans inside too, So when I went to the supermarket... to buy him 'everything he wanted' my girlfriend "kicked him out" (okay not that hard). And still, before I came in again, my Pushka had found it's way in again. So after I introduced Pushka to my girlfriend and her kids... it was okay for Pushka. None of them were enemies. Pushka did just judge on people, where I talked to. And everywhere I go the next years, Pushka followed me everywhere I go. Did my cat miss me? Yes somehow he did. Still he always trusted me to come back. And ofcourse i came back always! But some times I went on a holliday for a week of even more. With my family And neighbours came over to feed, my cat, milk and trying to pet him. Not a great succes, Pushka did not know the neighours. Still he ate and drinked what he liked. But did my cat miss me? Yes I think so... all at once I was not there, my family were not there either. But still he had his food and drinks. And yes that could caused him some stress.

I have two and my youngest one meows loud when I leave and she knows when I'm back to the door.

I always want to bring my kittie when I go out. But when I do, she goes under my bed table next to my bed. She don't like the leash, after having had a 6 nights venture alone last August when she managed to escape her leash and harness when taking her for a fresh ari walk in the park across the street. She do greet me at the door when I arrive home however. And is welcome to explore the hallway outside by the lift. We're living in a smal apt. in a trafficked area right next to a shopping center.

I'm bed bound most of the time due to chronic pains from old injuries. So I'm not out that often. 2-3 times a week, and never longer than 3-4 hours depending on the errand. Normally I'm not gone for about an hour when I'm at the store. When I do, I always let my PC on with cat TV just for her.
