My niece worked for a WF branch. They wanted rid of her, so they planted money in the bottom of her station. She balanced out at the end of the day. Then the very next day this " money " was found. So they fired her AND denied her unemploymnt. Shes youbg and also had a 2 month old babywho father was away in the military. Now, if thats not sorry and low down, I dont know what is.

Years ago we had a WF mortgage during the time they got in trouble for creating fake accounts using existing customers without their knowledge to elevate their numbers. They got in huge trouble and one of the sentences was that they had to offer refinancing to a certain number of customers for free. We refinanced at a lower rate and saved thousands. Of course, they got to choose who to offer it to- the agents said only those with good credit and always on time with payments.

Quantity over quality. I deal with this at my job. Automotive tech. You have guys that do high volume of work but screw everything up. And for the dealership to make their numbers look good they dont penalize these guys because it would mess up the numbers. So the customer suffers because their car is still broken but they give the car to someone like me to fix the other persons mistake because I do quality work and they know I will fix the real issues
