We're coming back there. But what's the issue with the numerous broken down cars on 565? They're always there. What about the generally crappy driving throughout the area, particularly on 565 & University Dr. Why do so many of the local Waffle House restaurants have a roach problem?

Thank you for this honest report. My husband and I are in the process of moving back to the area in Jan, after spending the last 9 yrs in Tallahassee. We're a bit apprehensive about buying right away (we'll be renting from a friend), especially seeing what's going on in areas down here (Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami). We're afraid of HSV following suit with all the construction that's been built and we see now just sitting. Thankfully, we were able to sell right before the interest rate hikes, so we're starting out in a good position. May contact you once we make the last big move.
