So, to share a different opinion, I remember seeing her on mcc for the first time through pearls perspective. Pearl, an Australian, has such bad ping during ace race, she started to cry on stream when her game just froze, because she thought she was letting the team down. Hannah, along with Jojo and Aimsey, despite being very competitive, immediately stopped what they were doing to hype her up and make her feel better. They were all not finished with the race yet, and instead focused on making their teammate feel better. While the Stans are a problem, I personally think that she is a good person, and you can claim that anyone, even tommyinnit, is a content leech. She made her way to popularity by befriending people, and made her way into specifically mcc, by winning mcc rising. She didn’t just get invited, she worked for that. DanTDM will remain as the GOAT of childhood hero in minecraft content creation, sure there’s CaptainSparklez and more but in my experience, I started with Sky during his peak somewhere at 2012-2013 when team crafted was still popular where he played epic jump maps, mod showcase, modded playthrough, and more with TrueMU and Deadlox. After some time in 2015 where he uploaded less and less and after team crafted broke up, I switched to DanTDM, watched his mod showcases, custom map adventure, diamond dimensions, and many more. Now, I just watch what I enjoy, like Ish13c’s 1000 players Minecraft Civilization event, Evbo’s parkour and pvp civilization series, tdlmc’s Better than Wolves playthrough, RLCraft, and anything that’s fun to watch.

I can only look at Sky with pity for how far he has fallen off. He used to make fun videos, but now that it's become VERY apparent that there was some very sinister stuff going on behind the scenes, it really makes rewatching his old videos very bittersweet, maybe a little more bitter than sweet. The skeletons in his closet have tainted what used to be seen as "wholesome". To think it escalated since the Team Crafted days, and I didn't know any better. Of course I wouldn't have known. I was just some kid thinking Sky as just this guy who makes funny Minecraft videos. Even if one were to argue that his mental health issues were to blame, it doesn't excuse his failed attempts at getting better. Even if he actually tried, clearly they were too much for him and his inner demons ended up manifesting into reality... And look what happened as a result. Even if it wasn't as bad during the Team Crafted days, it clearly had escalated during the Sky Media era. By the time he managed to get his act together, I highly doubt that he'd be able to mend the friendships and partnerships broken along the way. He caused too much damage which may take a lifetime to repair. Either he doesn't have the time or he just doesn't have that opportunity to pull it off, because I doubt that they'd want to go through all that again and besides, they all moved on by now. No need to reopen old wounds. Let his channel be a relic of a past, of a time that defined childhoods, but at the steep price of everyone involved.
