Excellent video- amusing, informative and very accurate. I have a large collection of Sailor pens and my 1911 Large section is the most precious part! IMHO these pens, with their exquisite nibs and perfect sizes, are easily the best writing instruments in the world- with Pelikans M800 or Aurora Optimas coming close joint seconds.

All pen-related reviews and videos should be as entertaining as this one! Exactly 12 months ago, I purchased a Sailor King of Pen and I have used only this pen since. No other pen for me!

great Video I love my sailor pen 1911 Large model because it fits the budget and stays in between kop and standard ones with broad nib I use and weekly I use it loves the ink flow and smooth writing which gives a good feed back while writting

A fountain pen appropriate for Hanji & Kanji characters, while suitable feedback laden cursive writing. A Montblanc 149 would fail Hanji & Kanji characters for Asian writers.

Is it worth buying sailor fountain pens in comparison to montblanc and pelikan?what about build quality and writing experience of the pen?

Typically much more consistent build quality than Montblanc. Comparable to Pelikan. Montblanc is doing a great job of riding a good reputation that may not be as deserved anymore.
