Thank you for being comprehensive with the little details such as explaining the need for Bluetooth, many less tech savvy people who are not familiar with Wi-Fi cameras would indeed question why Bluetooth is necessary.

Pretty sure you can't. It doesn't have a physical SIM card, and there is no option to connect your esim to it

I do agree that a huge portion of the "new" stuff is software and we will likely see the same features added to the s24. Definitely not a huge update, feels very much like a refresh. Great for people on the s23 but probably not a must have for people with an s24 IMHO.

I received a Kobo Libra Colour and a stylus. Will it ruin my screen without a screen protector, or will it be okay? I don't have a heavy writing hand, but worry about scratched screens (still horrified at how my Nintendo DS screen looked after gentle use).

I haven't used a screen protector and have had zero issues. Although it couldn't hurt and they're pretty cheap but I like the texture and matte finish of the screen without it.

Big mistake taking bluetooth from the stylus. So many people are really upset this feature has been taken away. The remote shutter ability was brilliant and useful. Samsung, if you read this, bring back the bluetooth stylus please.

Yes, it's integrated into the OS and no so much a standalone app. You're also limited to apps that are marked as "TV apps" inside the app store.

When I have recorded a video, and then try and download it on the Quick App, the Quick App sais that there is no media, but if I check on a PC, there is media, any advice? Why will it not show up on the App

This only works if you're uploading the footage as RAW as possible and your video compression is terrible. Even on 4K your video looks 720p at best.

You make a great point! So much compression at so many points when it comes to web video. For anyone who wants really good video I suggest a mirrorless camera with a video output. I use the Sony zv-e10 ii and it's amazing for 4k KZbin or even for zoom. Better quality in, better quality out even if it's compressed down to 720.

Nope. Bummer. But honestly with mics like the DJI clip-ons that have storage built in you can easily sync it up with the video. Just a thought. If you're looking for external mic connections though, this is not it.

@@TechItBeforeYouWreckIti have 13 streaming devices from firestick lite to the firetv cube the onn tv pro box. My 2 chromecast hd stream as well as all of my devices just not as much storage. I have 4 other devices that have 16gb, 32gb and 64gb storage. You have to know how to maintain your devices. I have been using streaming devices since 2014 when the first Amazon box came out, it was the 1st generation firetv box. The next year the 2nd generation firetv box came out it is a beast rated higher than the nvidia shield. It just stopped working 2 months ago

I'm not totally sure what your question is, but the anti-shake stabilization is applied when you import the video from the camera to your phone.

What so few don't seem to understand is, AI is a constantly improving software application. It is as good as the developers want it to be based on their efforts to improve on it. But AI is not a thinking or reasoning or logical tool. It lacks the ability to apply human characteristics. It isn't able to be happy or mad or blue or agitated. AI is only dangerous if it is used as a processing tool. Another words we can never use AI to operate machinery. AI isn't used nor will it ever be use to fly planes or drive cars,,, AI isn't that type of application.

They made sure you're gonna have to replace that lens every year since it protrudes and is quite thin, so very easy to damage, especially in a rought environment... which is exactly what rhis is supposed to be for. Planned obsolescence, gotta hate it.

I just received the V3-, pan camera, and it's was supposed to be new, but it was used, and when I tried to put a SD card in the slot, water 💦 came out of the SD slot!! 😳 I am returning it to Amazon. 😮👎

Is this secure? I used old photos of family and while they enjoyed the results they asked me to delete them due to privacy. Is that a concern, and if I delete from my phone does that take the images out of the cloud?

Apple's policies are pretty impressive IMHO. They have leaned heavy on security. Most of the AI is done locally and never uploaded to the cloud. If you have concerns I would urge you to read their AI security policies for yourself. It's something we should all be thinking about as we use more and more AI.

It constantly tells me there is a package on the doorstep when there is nothing but my Welcome mat! Also It crashes on my iPhone when trying to seek footage. AND even on 1 of 100 for sensitivity it goes off randomly in the night and all day due to dust floating around... TBH these cameras suck donkey nuts... use RSTP and join to BlueIris; the Wyze software is complete junk and lacking basic useability.

If you REALLY want to make the onn 4K Pro go over the top add Geforce Now! and play Rocket League on it. Works quite well. My next trick is to an a Linux distro.

The biggest problem i have with the libra color is that The text is not sharp and the black are greyish compared to my 10 years old kindle paperwhite. They could fix it by giving contrast option for the user when reading pdf but not. I’m forced to use a hack to get the contrast option so my eyes are less tired. Seriously why they do that, the core functionnality is a reader. Even my 10 years old reader have this option.
