As someone who has tried for years to gain muscle mass my question is how do you maintain muscle mass with endurance?

Hey Frank it's a little about nutrition and a little about genetics. I often want to loose muscle mass to run faster however genetics don't let me. I would recommend you watch my 'What i eat in a day' episode to get an idea of foods i consume.

Love the videos, I’m in the middle of my Kona prep as well. Seems like you have a lot of intensity in that program throughout the week though, has that proven to be manageable for your body/recovery and been effective for you leading up to big races in the past?

Thanks for following Bryce and well done on getting your spot for Kona. Have you been to the Big Island before? This Kona prep is slightly different to other blocks i've done so well see how it pays off on the day. Body is holding up okay at the moment. I do put a lot of effort into recovery though with foam roll, trigger ball, sauna, massages, normatec boots etc.
