Of course! This is the visual wand by lighttoys. Definitely not very beginner friendly, though. If this one doesn't work for you, I would recommend glofx hypnowand or the pixel wand by moodhoops!

Nah it's just really thin/black so you usually can't see it especially if it isn't against a bright background. Editing it out would take forever and nobody got time for that lol
