Self employment is a beautiful thing. People love to project their own fear of self employment others but it is definitely doable in my opinion. I’d just rather work hard for something I can pass down to my family and that I actually enjoy doing. Imagine working the same 8 hours a day but instead you own that business 🤷🏽‍♀️

So you create an advantage for minorities or as you say “marginalized” (same thing) and say that that advantage applied to their candidacy is then irrelevant once they are hired? Either you’re maliciously trying to trying to hide a contradiction by creating adjacent and vacuous terminology or you are possibly an actual moron.

My dad worked at AT&T for over 40 years. Told me countless stories about bkack employees that knew they couldn't be fired because of "diversity". They would come into work, clock in, immediately leave, come back at the end of the day, clock out, go home. This went on for years and years. My dad asked the boss what was going on because they were all responsible for a certain amount of work that needed to be finished. The boss told him to mind his own business and not worry about it...... This dumb b**ch is a clown. All i hear is bla bla bla I'm a victim. 😂

I’m just realizing that this is a thing, so I hope people are responding to messages on this post. Please tell me if anyone has this issue - I try to be friendly and ask people about their kids, their weekends and vacations, etc. I always say good morning. Then I realize that if I don’t initiate conversations, they don’t take place, except for with my buddies. I start to feel like a pest and leave them alone. Then those who don’t initiate conversations complain that I don’t speak and want to know ow what my problem is. There’s no winning. I’m not angry with anyone but I am over it. If I see someone in the hallway or kitchenette, I’ll speak and am perfectly pleasant but don’t go out of my way anymore.

Stop unabashedly lying to your own self and trying to gaslight orhers at the same time . Reverse Racism is Racism; it is racism practised by people from non-white racial groups that are deemed stereotypical "victims of racism". For example the African-American community is full of Reverse-Racist Black Supremacists. Anti-Semitic worldview and attitude is highest amongst African-Americans. Racial Discrimination faced by the Hispanics, Native Americans and Asians _(whether of Middle-Eastern descent, South Asian descent, South-East Asian descent or East Asian descent)_ in the hands of Black African-Americans is far higher than that coming from the White European-Americans or any other Racial Group. An another example of Reverse-Racism is that related to Han Chinese-Americans - who have in the past faced horrible racial discrimination practised by the American Whites and still continue to suffer from racism practised by Black Americans and Hispanic-Americans as well. But at the same time Han Supremacists back home in China look down upon White Europeans, White European-Americans, Black Africans, Black Africans-Americans and all sorts of Brown Skin people with utmost contempt simply because of their Racial identity. So while the Han Chinese are mostly victims of Racism in United States, the same Han Chinese are some of the worst Racists on the planet in China.

In Texas they recently passed a bill that is getting rid of DEI completely. My mom works at UT Dallas & they just laid off the entire DEI department deans & everything. Texas said DEI funds can go towards something more important…
