Well, that's what MLB wants out of its players and games, so it's not surprising that high school players act like them. Time was, though, when about half the white team would have gotten what Nolan Ryan called his "necktie pitch".

Baseball coaches that allow their teams to chirp, trash talk, and celebrate/taunt in the extreme have no respect or integrity for themselves or the game. What the hell are we teaching our youth?? And shame on the "professionals" who perpetuate this behavior across all sports.... grow the F up all of you!

home plate ump wasn't his best but regardless I've never seen so many players on both sides that backed out or couldn't hit a simple curve ball. love rivalry games but gotta learn how to respect and play the game the right way

Whew I've watched a lot of high school this spring and over all the umpiring is bad but this guy is special hell he is the angel Hernandez of high school umps

2 pretty decent pitchers, umpire was all over the fucking place. Never seen a strike-zone that BIG. Number 22 on the white team is a joke and you can tell he gets whatever he want's from his parents. He hit one up the middle and started talking crap on first base. I think thats the only decent hit he got but he still celebrates a dink up the middle lol. Kids today have no respect and care more about celebrating and talking shit to the other team then actually wining games.
