There’s no set amount of time , if your personal credit is good, you may get approved on day 1, but typically 3 months I would say it decent about of time to wait , if you wait 3 months I would definitely try to have some cash flow going through the account

You still have a very rough deformed edge that will still make a mess if additional trimming is needed. More trimming will also tear away pieces of finished product. These new tiles with the brown backing are fine when used as full sheets but too thin and the inner material too inconsistent for reliable trimming. I’m going to try running a panel through a table saw and if that doesn’t work I’ll look for the more expensive thicker panels I have used in the past. It would be worth it.
