Thanks for such a thorough and user-friendly video about this machine. I am the third owner of my new Jubilant. The original owner was elderly and the second owner said she never got around to using it. I love BL machines and couldn't understand why it was for sale again. It's obvious that the second owner didn't watch this video!! I've had my (pre-owned) Brilliant for 6 months. I was able to do the basics, but found the instruction manual baffling for the complex features! I'm devouring EVERYTHING in this video! I'm geeking out, taking notes, and practicing as I watch. Katherine, I love the way you go through all the features, in an order that makes sense and builds on earlier sections of the video!

I have a Brother Innovis NV1100 sadly discontinued and I could never find any videos on it apart from one lady but that video was in French! Sadly I can't speak French, but my machine is almost exactly the same as the BQ950 apart from not having the automatic tension on the keyboard, I haven't found any other difference but I need to get my machine out and go through it step by step following your fantastic instructions.
