It's really a pleasure to like good music. You know music played with an actual instrument and not jumping around like monkey.

The Dixon boot company sold and is still in business today. I'm the great grandson of Andy Dixon. My grandfather Jerry Dixon chose not to work in the boot factory and followed his dreams in computer technology, where he made over 18 us patients that we still use today for IBM in a career of over 30+ years he has now passed away almost four years ago i don't know to much on my great uncles side and have just recently found out about my cousin Johnny Dixon. I have found all this out trying to put a shadow box together for my mother and reaching out to the owners of the Dixon boot company today. I've heard stories as a kid that are slogan for Dixon boots was the best in the west and have never gotten the privilege of ever seeing a pair. If anyone has a pair, they would like to sell. Please let me know would love to have a part of my family tree an heritage. I told lisa it explains why cowboy hat shaping is in my blood and rodeo

These guys are tight. Keeping the bluegrass tradition alive. I grew up selling tickets for Lester Flatt at small venues around, WV, VA and Maryland. Lester would be proud.
