Am I just dumb because I thought if they had great chance to dodge plus an additional 20% chance to dodge after dodging 2 attacks during that turn it just meant they had a 90% to dodge other hits?? Or did people think that on an attack they had a great chance to dodge then for the same attack there’s another 20% chance to dodge after the 70% chance failed to dodge?

One thing I forgot to mention: Every counter launched before he attacks can ALSO proc the Hidden Potential system additional

Definitely attack equips and full dodge otherwise imo. He needs zero crit. Ngl crit feels like an embarrassingly braindead way to build him

well prob dodges and crit in terms of additional 3 additional is enough honestly although I guess you could do just a mix basically because in the end of the day ui goku is a dodge character that will benefit from his dodging so som amount of dodge will be good on him like I would say 18 dodge 7 crit and the rest to addional or som cause he will eat very good from additionals but if you want it to be more divided to 2 then to dodge and additionals considiring he has crit in his passive already in my opinion cause he will benefit from additionals in base cause he supports with thos additionals and in mui state he will do more damage on the counters
