No, it will work with an already existing licence unless until it's a fresh OS installation or the files in the DTS X Ultra installation folder are deleted.

I went to the update page, they are all for Windows version 24h2, I have version 23h2. I am currently updating to 24h2. Should I uninstall DTS Ultra and Sound Unbound first? The laptop is a Gigabyte G5 with DTS Ultra. I have watched other videos about the problem, but DTSAPO is not listed under services, so I couldn't activate the service there either. Sound Unbound says not licensed. I hope it will work. I can only read the translated subtitle of your video.

For me it's working in win 11 24H2. I think your license is corrupted. So you may need to purchase a new license after a fresh install.

Download the 2 drivers in the mentioned URL in the video, extract the downloaded cab file using Winrar. Right click and install using administrator rights. Restart and check bro. It will work.
