Hello very sad for me. first time to try my canaries male and female to breed, they seem happy, she lays 3 eggs (didnt know about fake eggs) she sits on them for a few days, male feeds her sometimes, both made the nest, noticed off her nest for a long time so i check and the eggs have all gone not there she ate them all an empty nest , do they do. that, it is the male thats sitting on the fake egg, shouldnt it be the female, i have put nest back with one fake egg the female seems agitated bobbing back and fore in the cage, i have put egg shells grounded in a dish for them and there eating it what else can i do please thanks, love your videos

Thank you so much l was looking for way to make egg food for my beloved canary i used to just boil an egg cut it to pieces and put it for him to eat but he doesn't eat much of it and the majority just go to wast I started this video thinking that the ingredients are things I won't be able to get, i never saw egg food for sale in birds stores in my country they just say boil an egg and give to the bird, we don't have broccoli either, i wander if there is something else i can replace it with, but the thing that really suprised me is the couscous!! i wasn't expecting it at all i wish knew a Canary can eat couscous i never heard of that it's our national dish in Algeria we cook it at least one time a week i should've knew i could give it to my bird no one ever told Anyway i think i can get the vitamins from the bird store but what's that colouring thing is it necessary?
