Hi, I really enjoyed your Analysis Video on Ford Pines from Gravity Falls, and how his character was pivotal to the show’s structure. And was wondering if you would like to make a Theory or Analysis video on The Archivists from The Owl House specifically, where they are and if they’re still Alive somewhere in the far reaches of the Cosmos, and if so, why didn’t they come back for The Collector after the War between them and the Titans was over? I find it very interesting how this seemingly godlike race of magical space-faring beings, could go around collecting specimens from other planets and yet when it came to The Titans they just decided to Nuke em. Seems arbitrarily against the whole purpose of their Scared Mission if you ask me. If you haven’t watched the Owl House and thus cannot make any theories or videos on it due to lack of information, I completely understand. If possible, I would love it if you could craft a video on the Chrono-Giants (Time Baby’s Species) from the Gravity Falls Multiverse as an alternative. It would be great to see a video delving deep into the Lore and History surrounding the great Time Giants and how their cosmic role in the world as the keepers of Time was unusually wiped from existence with their mysterious extinction. Since not that many people within the Gf fandom seem to pay any attention or care about the mysterious events surrounding their lore and lives, I am really hoping that a GF KZbinr like yourself will be able to bring some light on the topic, and help spread some interest into the exciting prospects and potential theories that can come about, by researching and over analyzing the Chrono-Giants involvement within the Gravity Falls Mythos. I have always been extremely fascinated with the Chrono-Giants and how they occupied an upper position within the Cosmic Hierarchy of the GF Multiverse, and seeing how Time Baby is the last one, and how seemingly even the Chrono-Giants were rumored to have worshipped the Axolotl. I am itching to see some heavy lore-speculation on their race and how they could tie in to the wider GF Cosmos and the current ARG going surrounding the secret Website and Book of Bill. If you feel like the first video recommendation is not something you can do, then please consider giving the Chrono-Giant theory a try. It would be really refreshing to see some great minds in the GF fandom help me with my obsession on Time Baby’s Lore. I think his loss to Adam is foreshadowed when Sir Pentious catches him letting his guard down and rips his coat. I really think it's as simple as that. He toyed with Adam as though he were Sir Pentious's blimp and got much worse than his coat ripped because of it.

I don't have the same condition ( the opposite actually, when I am bored I make up a movie and or tv Show in my head), but I do lisen to movie soundtracks while I read ( book or comic) which enriches the expirance. It's still fascinating to learn about your expirance and how you to about it. :)

Yes this video hits it right on the head for me! Ford is one of my favorite characters of all time. He’s so well written and beautifully characterized. He reminds me of myself a lot, and I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve lost sleep over thinking about him lol. I feel like there’s so many people in the fandom that just outright hate him or think he’s a horrible person, so it’s really refreshing to see your point of view.

I love Ford but, my favorite is between Pacifica and Stan. I relate to Pacifica so much she went from my least favorite to favorite in 2 episodes. Tbh I wished the untapped characters had some more story like Ford, Wendy, Pacifica, and McGucket are all characters who deserve more arcs and episodes. Pertaining to the main twins I wished we knew a bit about their home life, like do they have friends? Do they participate in school activities, etc.

Alastor could never defeat Adam, many people tend to overestimate Alastor's power, as an overlord there is no doubt that Alastor is possibly the most powerful among the overlords, but an overlord is not a powerful existence if you compare him with the seven deadly sins, ars goetia and even less if you compare it with angels like Adam or seraphim like Sera or Lucifer. Charlie, even if her true potential is a little below her father's level, is still much more powerful than Alastor and Lilith as the queen of hell also has great abilities. Alastor, thanks to his cunning mind and skill, gave Adam a tough fight, more than any overlord would have given, but his defeat was inevitable, the difference between their powers was greater than the difference between their skills or intelligence. In fact Alastor is fortunate to have gotten his way after messing with Lucifer himself, who is the most powerful existence in hell according to Vivizie, if Lucifer had wanted he could have destroyed Alastor even faster than Adam. Luckily, Lucifer has a calm and joking nature and would not destroy anyone for the slightest provocation.

To those Ford fans who have read the Book of Bill: are we doing alright? Because I'm not.

I think Alastor got caught off guard by the energy blast from the guitar, because he hadn't seen Adam use it yet. He wasn't exaggerating saying he was "almost killed by a hair" because he saw Adam coming at him and started to jump backwards a few frames before getting hit.

the shows biggest problem is that the characters have 6 months of development that we see none of, so we have little to no idea who these characters are and how they interact with each other and the world minus angel dust

Something else that I picked up on. John Henson’s death is never mentioned. They interviewed 4 out of the 5 Henson kids. If you weren’t aware that he died, you’d be asking “what happened to the 5th kid?” He died in 2014, but they never even mention it in the epilogue where they say what happened to everyone. Very weird

Alastor lost for two reasons 1 like the the sin of Pride itself, he overestimates his abilities, one could argue that he knows he can't take on Charlie and assumed Adam was weaker given how he acts. As people can just appear being superior to someone but that doesn't mean they are. 2 Adam has been around for over 10,000 years accumulating and mastering his angelic power, it is depicted in certain fiction like with the physical body if you train hard enough you push yourself beyond your limits and become stronger.

Gravity Falls is (in fact) not only one of my favorite TV shows of all time, but it’s also the best Disney Television Animation show of all time (in my opinion). Fantastic story, a fantastic villain: Bill Cipher, terrific voice casting, and the enthralling characters I’ve ever seen. Ford Pines is one of my favorite characters in the entire show next to Dipper & Mabel Pines, Pacifica Northwest, Stanley Pines, Soos, Wendy, and Bill Cipher.

Well, Adam is THE First Man. His parallel in THE First Woman is literally the Queen of Hell, the first sinner and presumably as far as we know the second most powerful figure (previously) in Hell. It is fair to assume it's a given Adam would be more powerful than any mere Overlord. After all, we're given every reason to think angels can't be killed without angelic weapons, and Alastor didn't keep one on him. If he had he probably could've killed Adam several times over, but the show indicated pretty well it was unlikely even Alastor's magic could kill an angel and Adam being much more prestigious figure could potentially kill the heaviest hitters on Hell's side, short of Lucifer as an archangel. However it is hard to justify that within the shows power system, given we don't know how Heaven's side of it works. As far as we're aware the soul trade is what elevates human souls to the levels of power we see, with the parallels between Lilith and Alastor, it's fair to say it's at least HINTED that that power system contributed to the extent of her power too. So how did Adam get more powerful than a guy whose hobby was killing Overlords and presumably seizing their contracts, or tricking them out of them like Husk? Are the Firsts just stronger than any (existing) Overlords at base power level and Lilith would just be way more powerful than Adam due to her deals? Furthermore it seems like the narrative point of making the angels die the same way Sinners/all demons do (beyond their downfall being their own cruelty and arrogance) is to show that Demons and Angels in this universe are fundamentally the same creatures somewhat arbitrarily forced into different circumstances... So why can holy magic kill demons permanently, yet demonic magic is seemingly just an inconvenience to angels? Sure maybe Alastor couldn't take on THE First Man even at base power, but why can't Alastor, or any other deal participant for that matter, kill pretty much any other lower level angel, since none of them would've presumably increased their power unless by unknown means? After all, that would explain why Heaven was so scared of an uprising from Hell. They couldn't recruit Winners as soldiers even if they wanted to, because by nature of Hell's vicious society, pretty much every Sinner would be more powerful than any Winner.
