Does it say to use all 4 bottom less tokens before the others?
@crankcyclesusa12 күн бұрын
It’s recommended to use 4 purple eyelet tokens first and then add the bottomless tokens as needed based on the rockshox manual.
@patrickmccormack142712 күн бұрын
@@crankcyclesusa I didn't even read, I set it up like the megneg. I think I am running 2 purple eyelets and 1 band. What is the best way to remove that outer can? I can't seem to get mine to move. I have this shock and Cascade link on a 24' Bronson. It is basically a Nomad at this point, but she rides nice. I need to play with the shock more though.
@crankcyclesusa12 күн бұрын
The best way to remove the can is with the rubber strap wrenches. If you don’t have any Amazon has some that aren’t too expensive. Currently I’m running 4 purple tokens and 2 bottomless ones and it feels great.
@patrickmccormack142712 күн бұрын

can should be hand tighten, if you use strap then it is difficult for rider to change tokens on trail or bikepark

Just as well you did lol . Does the xl can make a difference ? I'm 250lbs and the standard shock and can just feels numb
@crankcyclesusa14 күн бұрын
@@mikehiggins461 I did 5 rides so far. I noticed a difference but i did go back and put the 4 tokens in and then 2 bottomless tokens and it felt even better. I would say going with the can upgrade deff put the 4 tokens in and start playing around with the bottomless tokens which are much more noticeable when riding.
