This is a pretty good movie I own it on dvd I would recommend it I also believe that the actor playing Tommy is the same actor who played Jackson on the television series flight 29 down which was like the t.v series lost except way better than lost plus the actor playing Tommy also did some other genre films besides the remaining I hope they do a sequel to this and leaves off from where the movie ended

"But man has no idea she is a cyborg" - except that he's told from the outset she's an android. BTW; there is a distinct difference. An android is a machine designed to simulate a human being as closely as possible. A cyborg is a hybrid of human and machine, like Robocop, it's usually a human who has suffered severe injuries such that parts of the body are replaced with mechanical parts to allow the person to continue living a more or less normal life. Nothing in your recap suggests she's got any human components; exactly the opposite; so she's not a cyborg at all, she's an android. Not that an AI would understand a word of that.

Don't mismatch "android" who is a MALE , from the greek "andros" ( who looks like a boy ) from "gynoid" who is a FEMALE from the greek "gynos" ( who looks like a girl ). So the term "android" to refer as a female robot is inaccurate.

@@netshaman9918 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_(robot) This has been the definition for many many decades. I've read a considerable amount of classic Sci-Fi and it's always been the proper term for a robot that effectively can pass as a human. Check any other dictionary you like, MOST will agree with me. "Gynoid" as far as ican tell is a relatively new term, perhaps started because of Sorayama's female robot artwork.
