Thank you! We went with BJM rentals and i believe it was 160 for the hour. I liked them though because they didn’t have any other hidden extra fees like some of the other companies we looked at.

Honestly not really, i always make sure to brush from end to root though and on moisturized hair. I also don’t use it often, i typically don’t use any tools and just finger detangle so i think that helps with that too
