Idk, maybe make a furniture using custom entities and make a shake animation, then code the addon, and test it in Minecraft, I have a addon which the other is not shaking and the other is not + the command that I used is execute, testfor I'm sorry if this comment won't help you man 😔

Well in the pc version of Eyes the horror game when you wait for a long time without touching the stairs, using an eye, collecting 3 moneybags, krasue's speed will increase the more you wait, her speed will increase more, also I used an mod menu cuz why not?
