Just for clarity, the Irish language wasn't illegal. It just wasn't given official status and it was a political hot tattie in Northern Ireland. In the Republic Irish or Gaelic is the official language officially ahead of English.

With the exception of ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’, I haven’t watched a single reality show since the early days of Big Brother. What I traditionally compare my weekly Wrestling watching habits to is that of the TV soaps. And when I say that I don’t mean in regards to content but in terms of viewing time. I think most of us wrestling fans get criticism for the amount of hours of content each week, yet many of those people spend considerable amount of hours on Soaps or other sports such as the footy. All in all, while occasionally it feels there sometimes is to much, when compared to other tv viewings I’d say we probably watch less tv on average. Cinema trips however…. Well, that’s a whole different story.

I’m kind of in the same boat and way of thinking. While I stopped buying the WWE PPVs at the end of 2015 I still made sure to pick up Wrestlemania every year since, I think I’ll be gutted if they stop producing the Mania releases. I imagine this news has made a lot of people regret selling off their complete collections when we finally got the Network in the UK….just watch the E-Bay market for wwe go absolutely crazy now.

When it came to PPV I always made sure to buy them all whether it was VHS and then later dvd and BR. I’m quite lucky in that I have every ppv from the dawn of time up until the end of 2015 when I finally called it a day and stopped collecting, although I kept them all as I didn’t trust the Network would last. Until this video I didn’t even know they were stopping production, I’ve now had a small shopping frenzy and picked up ALL Rumbles, Summerslam and Survivor Series from 2016 until the end of 2023… I still bought each new Mania on release. Not knowing what the Netflix deal will include I wanted to make sure I atleast had all the Top 4 ppv shows under the McMahon Era. Mind, it’s fitting that we won’t get to own Mania 40 and that show feels like the end of that era and the entry into the new. It would have been a fitting last ever pick up.

The whole point of the aqua videos was that they were not trying to make sense or look like they were trying, they were just having fun with it. Unfortunately the world below a certain age has forgotten about fun, and your reaction shows this fact quite clearly.

@@Cm42TV The fact that most of the songs on this album were worldwide number one hits for many, many, many, many weeks in many, many, many countries is proof that it's just specifically not your taste...but to the majority of planet earth seemed to like it. Also picking on the video quality for a song that is almost 30 years old (there was no wide screen back then, and no HD video for most music videos from the 90's) is kinda lame.

Ticket prices for everything like this is disgusting. Taylor Swift's record breaking Scottish gigs last week as well. Weans are getting priced out. Immoral AF. Glad you got tickets though. Really great time at the show last night, but what an energy sucking ending. Thought they should’ve given Drew the moment but still have Punk get involved. Ticket prices these days are just mad, but the price of everything! Remember when we used to have a standard price of event t-shirts of £25? The lowest t-shirt price was £40 this weekend. Mental. Anyway thanks for watching mate. Should I do more stuff like this? Just wee thoughts videos in the car? This is one of those songs that you' ll def appreciate it better when you're older and wiser. No, i'm not kidding at all. Not being sarcastic even. And Barbie Girl is def more catchy/upbeat/memorable but this is a feel-good song and when you're further in life. This song will remind you that there's always fun and goodness out there :)
