I read about her in a newspaper article, then studied about her in my Swedish language class. Now i have a chance to see her and hear ver voice!!!its a good feeling. Radium and Polonium are now elements of the periodic table, Thanx for her relentless research

Her name was not among the two winners of noble prize 😂 but her husband protested to include her ,She was unknown with no discoveries nor PhD before their marriage in 1895 while Pierre curie was a prominent professor with many achievements and inventions in cryptography and he made the laws of piezoelectricity, she received two nobles for the same discovery ( Pierre did with his own invented devices and techniques) after he receive a noble prize in chemistry for the earlier discovery, she never discover anything new in science , Pierre curie was the real deal just watch the interview with her grand daughter she is angry because people only talk about Marie as if she is the brain behind all the work. Stop crying

i know this is 8 years ago, but thank you for YOU all do for us, and i do my best to hold my breath, not move, not complain if its too tight, or if they want “magnified” xrays, i do them all gladly. im over 6 years out from cancer, and caught super early, thx to 3d mamos. my mom died of the same thing (well, she died from the treatment) so i have learned a lot from her situation and made more informed decisions and so far so good. prayer helps too. 😊

So far, seminars 1 and 2 are so informative easily broken down with excellent information. I am newly diagnosed with 2 Tirads 4&5, and these seminars have truly made me understand exactly what is in my thyroid. I'm getting ready to watch part 3. I'm so grateful and feel confident in understanding what I have. I go for my FNA in 3 days. If anyone hasn't watched all 3, please do so. They truly are worth your time.

Lots of good debate on how to attract applicants into there programs , however the most important problem is not addressed …. Jobs jobs jobs, who would want to apply to a program when the job market is not that great. Discussion should be emphasized about increasing jobs in this field, there should be more open discussion on the future of this profession, on how technology is going to impact the future of this skill, when there is enough job opportunities the number and quality of applicants increases. Please don’t promote or encourage students to fill your programs and put young doctors careers in jeopardy. I would suggest to decrease the programs so that everyone who completes has a decent job.

So my question is at 4:55, RADS 3 is something of a THICK-WALLED cyst, but the same term THICK-walled cyst, alone, is also a criteria for 4A. I understand for RADS 3 we focus more on the cystic growth but if a cross sectional capture of a thick walled cyst would simply make it 4A, but after reviewing previous CT which demonstrates cystic component growth, all of a sudden it gets downgraded to 3?

What's the difference between LR and Fleischer classifications? If I measure each pulmonary solid nodul I will spend more than 30 minutes to description and medical conclusion.

LR is specific to a lung screening program (review eligibility criteria - mostly age and smoking length/ current smoking status). Fleischner is other/ incidental pulmonary nodules (also non-cancer or immunocompromised). You also don't need to measure each nodule. Size and/ or most suspicious features (including if the nodule is new) matter most. Overall grade is most suspicious nodule (even if not largest). The amount you decide to measure will vary, but ain't nobody got to dictate a 20-page report on benign nodules.
