Hi there, I see you reply to all the messages in the description :-D so here's my chance.. I've ran in an issue where the bike stopped assisting, the torque in the motor stopped. So I checked the wire harness and successfully replaced it with a new harness. Now I have a error 20 shown only when I reset the cartridge.. looked online "No battery output". and still the issue that the motor doesn't have the power the drive a human on the bike, only up side down it spins the wheel, putting your hand on the wheel to create some resistance, it can't handle.. Do you have an idea of route me to some thing I can check on the cartridge, motor, battery? - motor spins - checked the fuse on the battery Thanks!

I actually did this and worked, now I get the bike is charging, note it was dead and sitting for a year. Problem is now the battery pack doesn't seem to charge, sits at 0%. Any suggestions?

Hi Raz, thanks for all your wise videos .. however, I am stuck with a battery where the charge is brought up to 80%, the BMS has been reset, the fuse is shorted (for now) and it still has err6/17/20 and doesn't charge. When shorting +CHG an DCH it is charging however. I am not getting the readings between CHG- and the fuse as you show in this video .. can you help me out, maybe the Mosfet ATP301 is dead?? its not okay batterij is loading til 85% and when you loading whit Powerbank its going til 100 % and than Powerbank max 85 %

You, my man, teached me a valuable lesson! Glad I am watching this before going crazy as I have to repair 4 bikes with battery issues and just thought about the main battery, but this is also something I have to consider now. 😁👌

how do i lower the chargers power as you mentioned in your short video?

Ok, did this. It’s still flicking between red/green on the charger and occasionally shows err 6. Basically the charging is starting and stopping. Do I just need to leave it for a long while? Or do I need to give it a manual boost via the discharge port first?

I have weird issue, at least I think so.. :) My vanmoof s3 shows 6/20/17 so prob the battery fuse blown, had the the battery changed for refurbished one and worked fine until I needed to charge. Again the error 6/20/17, error 17 is also shown in app. Then after few days all is working again, can ride the bike like nothing is wrong. Then I charge again and same story... Any ideas what I can do?

I have a VanMoof Electrified S and removing the battery from said model is more difficult than the newer ones. I do not see it being possible disconnecting it after every use sadly.

The problem is that when you loading whit the power bank the power bank is loading the battery I let connector in cartridge then when you loading than the power bank is loading 100% and power bank 85%

I went down several Rabbit holes in search of those Lithium-Poly batteries. 1. they are compatible with Sennheiser Momentum 3 headphones. 2. Sennheisser Headphones cost around €150 used. So I am not following that. 3. Sennheisser batts are compatible with : AOLIKES 750mAh 3.7V AHB702535PCT-01 Logitech 533-000130 CS-LOG900SL 4. As I see "Logitech" I decided to open my cordless Logitech Mouse to misuse it as a charger. Unfortunately my_ mouse battery is poled differently. Red Black White and not Red Yellow Black like the Moof. 5. Maybe we can find some other cheap cordless device that we can misuse as a charger.

Thanks Raz for your clarification, why not buy a 42.2 volt and 3 A charger? wil this lower the capacity? the cals are 3,6 volt (10 serie) and 4 parallel.... each cell has a capacity of 3500mah so you cannot fill them? am i right? the risk appears because the cells are not ballanced anymore (during years and useage) what is your expeariance when the batteries are getting worse? how many loads? is it possible to see how many loads your battery has? sorry for the questions but your movies inspire me ;) tnx!

On my s3 i had error codes 6 20 and 21 after that the battery was completely dead. Now i have changed the charger to the lower amp setting. There is now a sign of live but it will constantly trip between charging and showing error 6. Each after 2 min it makes a loud noise but it will never be connceted to the app or even work. What now?

In the video, you demonstrate how to charge it with a lab power supply and reset it using the discharge side. Do I need to connect only the red (+) discharge side to the red charging side? Or should I also connect the black (-) side? It's not very clear. Could you explain if both sides need to be connected, or what exactly needs to be done? Maybe a video with more details would help?

Hello Raz, thank you for the video. I added a new battery (3.7v lipo), but when connected to charger, no charge sign. When I disconnect the charger, I get flashing skull, but then when I reconnect charger that goes away and no charge sign. Does this mean the battery is not charged enough? Thank you

Hi I have a question? My cartridge is dead totaly, I charged the battery 3.7 v and nothing changed. In the battery is 10kohm ntc thermistor. The resistance was 9 kohm in the temperature about 25 degrees. Do you think it can be problem of thermistor?

Excellent video - thank you so much for all the work you are putting into this! How did you diagnose that the fuse is the problem and not some other BMS-component or one of the cells? Or is the fuse basically always the problem?
