It is years ago that I first heard Karen Akers singing. I loved her songs, her voice, her performance. I had a CD somewhere, but haven’t listened to it for many years. So glad to come across her songs again.

Gloria was a great vocalist. She was my friend and mentor. I miss her everyday! I do my best to keep her name alive in my music and my shows.
