The death of these lyrics is the only thing anybody could ever want. That is the single worst blasphemy anyone has ever heard since the movie fame. No one should ever have had to hear such complete evil. So let me tell what i know. i carol fleming began to think of a song lyric out of the 23 psalm and i wanted to say something like "love rescues me. heaven blessed and cursed not me. Child of rod and staff the lord comforts always me" before i could finish i heard a man named jack hurd asking me questions about the words i had thought in my head. I was terrified but i was afraid i had to answer him. I said its blessed and cursed not me to his question what does the words blessed and cursed not me mean to a man. I said God loves everyone and thats when he said it you make the opposite happen. It horrified me. Then he said what would the opposite of blessing be? And i bawled and said i cant say that as i heard played back a memory of being argued with about the words rod and staff mixed with the word cursing. Then another memory was played previous to that one in which she said a man died because of you i said no in horror and he said he didn't have a chance he thought you hated God i said i always loved him and she said they hate you and he said i do too then they played a recording of his death then they layed one about two incidents each was a sexual encounter with my brother i didntvwant to think about it and they said no one can ever love you again and God said "i do" andvthey daid something happened and jack said die you b.... And it went on for 20 minutes? try a year. Finally jack daid die then for the b.... thats when he told the opposite of blessing is and i said the opposite of blessing would be and i moitioned down and he said what and i felt part of my memory being wiped and i didnt want to say it but i couldnt remember why so i made sounds and he left And i left then. But i heard i got her its recorded. And that was it. I was 12 years old . My life is so ruined they cant think of anything new to do to me but i can.tell you the truth and ask that the words to this song be removed or changed to the original words or the copyright shall be withdrawn from all sounds i have ever made. Although I know that this is a song about heroin addiction ( is what is says via comments) per the AMAZINGLY talented Dylan / Bono wrote it about.
