I think conquers haki should have a hard way of obtainment but not be at the top of the ranks what I mean is like there should be a way to unlock it by having like really good haki so you can talk to Rayleigh and he will say something and give you a mission to like fight a boss and probably have all haki unlocked along with a special title like “gifted” or smth

Rell seas needs to add a meter on swords for haki so if you keep using haki enough it will turn the blade black making it stronger and permanently haki infused
