For over 40 years, we’ve been designing safety gates to provide fall protection on elevated platforms and pallet drop areas on mezzanines and rack pick modules. Our industrial safety gate product line includes numerous designs, including the original dual-gate system, the Roly® Safety Gate. Our pallet drop safety gates are designed to fit into any application, and we also custom engineer designs if a standard model will not work. The product containment netting system is available for both the power operated as well as the manually operated design. The power unit is designed to operate the gates in a slow, controlled manner for safety. There are built in safety features such as photo eyes that would detect the presence of a person or object and cause the closing gate to stop and reverse direction.

The manual operation of our safety gates is popular, and an option with the product containment netting. Some companies like to have the power option for ease of operation by AGVs and fork-lift trucks. We offer both on all of our models. Thanks for commenting.

Too slow may aswell be manual operated.

This style can be manually operated. This video was taken at a trade show, and we were demonstrating both the power and netting options; the power is not as strong on the show floor as it would be in a facility, but manual is definitely an option. Thank you.
