I thought morphine is opoid analgesics and it could cause respiratory depression so can’t given to patient with pulmonary edema so i am bit confused in this one

With the last question, I assumed that the doctor would discuss the results with the patient and not the nurse. In general, would we ever have to consider nurses role vs doctor on the NCLEX?
