23:50 ooooh James’ face. I like Elizabeth but her brand just isn’t for me. I like the idea of the ‘natural’ root mixed with science but for me that isn’t that revolutionary, Korea have being that for decades. also her price points for me are ridiculously high, I don’t believe any singular product should be priced about £30 I would maybe pay £50 it was an in clinic facial or prescription again from a doctor/ derm etc. I agree with their discussions on greenwashing, we need more regulation, adverts feel like snake oil con artists from the victorian times where they could claim anything. We need transparency, and regulation to make sure we consumers aren’t being misled, ands brands can’t claim things that aren’t fact checked. love James and Carolin’s rapport.

Totally agree with James - absolutely love our “electric” blanket…nothing better than turning it on 20 minutes before getting into bed so the sheets are nice and warm on a cold winters night 🥰 Cheers from 🇨🇦

I’m sorry but I absolutely HATE dermatologist influencers. They use their degrees to peddle products just like regular influencers but they prey on people’s stupidity which is immoral frankly. Dermatologists are not cosmetic chemists. They have never studied cosmetic science. Stop it! I absolutely loathe them. “I’m a board certified dermatologist and these are the products I recommend.” YOU’RE AN ASSHOLE!

I used Safeguard soap on my face for many many years and my skin is great now at 77 I use Cetaphil on my face it’s awesome😊
