This song wasn't composed by Joey Kuras. But it also wasn't composed by Tommy all by himself. Composers also include Everett Mann, Scott Speer, and Joe McLaughlin. Tommy simply reused songs from his band (without giving credit, of course) for his contributions to the Terminator CD soundtrack.
