This song wasn't composed by Joey Kuras. But it also wasn't composed by Tommy all by himself. You can read more about it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5PUq4R-mrZop7c This song was composed by the band Diamondz in the Rough, which Tommy was part of during his high school/college years. Composers also include Everett Mann, Scott Speer, and Joe McLaughlin. Tommy simply reused songs from his band (without giving credit, of course) for his contributions to the Terminator CD soundtrack.
