Toner doesn't lighten your hair either

If your hair is not platinum blonde, purple shampoo does nothing. You would have to bleach again but you're fun to watch 😂

Maybe use a darker pink like a magenta or fuchsia as those pink shades are vibrant enough that would cover the yellow brassy hair.

Ok so when you have bleach on your hair and it looks 'blonde', you have to leave it in a little longer because it's always gonna look lighter than the actual colour that it has lifted to (you should've let it sit until the timer went off unless of course it's too painful because you don't want chemical burns). The best way to bleach your hair would be to leave it for 30 minutes, wash it and then bleach it for another 30 and it should get to pale yellow as your hair is very short. The purple shampoo didn't work because your hair was leaning orange than yellow which would require a blue shampoo, and same thing for the pastel pink hair dye. Your hair was darker than the hair dye so it just couldn't work. Even though the last result wasn't what you expected, I think it turned out pretty :)
