For the leg press girl I noticed you need to make sure your butt isn’t coming up from the seat it looks like it’s curling to fix that try to hold tight try shoulder width apart for the feet position then try to go low but not to low when you feel like it’s curling again push up fast you want to pause at the bottom so your muscles expand the right way❤️
