Yeah, nosebleed, no wonder with that much pressure on the whole body, all the blood vessels, dangerous territory.

Yes, thor had 1 kilo more. Lol what? What's next? 501.5? Why not 501.1? That said, thors lift seemed way easier for him

I watch this again and I don't really know this for, but it looks like maybe they were wiping blood from his nose like a little indication to someone that doesn't know that being myself that this is an incredible strain on the human body. I mean I wouldn't be surprised if he vomited after this. I can't even possibly imagine. However, I have lifted some very Heavy things in my day and I won't go into details but one of them is something I have to spend my entire life with

My max deadlift was 850lbs when I was 18 years old. I was 6' 4 1/2" 260lbs at the time and had only been lifting for about 3 - 4 years. Due to a combination of pushing myself too far, too fast + injuries I sustained in martial arts, I ended up having double knee surgeries and injured my back from a fall. It has been more than 20 years since I bothered lifting weights. Now that I'm 46, I've decided to start lifting again. Although these days I am moreso focusing on strengthening my body... not sure if I want to try and push myself again to see just how far I can go now.
