The only reason its that much damage is because the order of truth is weak to electric. If you fight the other two factions shave that damage in half.

I put 4 catalysts into Freyna before I gave up on her. As advertised, she truly does need absolute maximum investment. Seeing ult Freyna in the season 1 teaser today informed me that i made the right decision.

This build is infinitely subpar. Build for crit and add dopamingenic. Its stupid high overall dps. Yeah on paper it might show a bit less because dopa doesnt add any paper dps. Buuuuut..... every 5 seconds youll have a near guaranteed crit with a ridiculously high multiplier.
