Hi Markus, I love your work and have read your free book but when I tried to buy the other books off your website they wouldn't download, I would really like to read anything you have on schizophrenia as my wife is schizophrenic and synthetic meds don't help enough and are also unhealthy. Can you help me? Thanks🙏

Von Herzen alles Liebe 🥰 THANK YOU Markus - you are saying what my experience is. I fully breastfed and my daughter was a real chubby little girl and we often had to listen to: what do you feed her? My answer: only breast milk. When she started walking, everything dissolved and she was a very slim child. I knew that and was fully confident, but some of the comments were really annoying. The BEST thing is, I always said she was getting her protein and I often ask adults today; you really think you need more protein than a baby? In my opinion, we are being completely “misinformed” in this respect. 1% protein in breast milk and the child grows and thrives and then we as adults are told we need 5%, 10% or even more. THANK YOU for this video - many mothers and adults should watch it. All my love from the bottom of my heart 🤩😘

you still dont really tell me why meat is bad. If we discovered cooking will kill bacteria why is eating meat bad? We can prove that eating cook meat has nutritional value but all you state is "if you saw a strawberry plant you'll will want to eat it." Welcome to 2024 or in this case 2018 (this was 6 years ago) Were if you saw a cow and knew how to kill it properly, you'll choose the cow over the strawberry plant. Plus you'll live longer. Dont believe me? Your video says it all. 😁🤘

Is it right that nutritional yeast contains MSG?
@MarkusRothkranz
@MarkusRothkranz Күн бұрын
No. Autolyzed yeast does not contain MSG. Commercial MSG is a synthetic compound. Autolyzed yeast contains glutamic acid, which when bound to minerals form glutamates. Unlike naturally occurring glutamic acid (L-glutamic acid), MSG is made from both the natural and synthetic (D-glutamic acid) forms of glutamic acid. So no, they are not the same thing. As a side note glutamic acid is important to our system, so the body not only derives it from diet but also produces it. And natural MSG is found in kombu, which is quite healthy. Autolyzed yeast is simply yeast allowed to die. It is still a great source of B vitamins and immune stimulating polysaccharides (beta glucans). Glutamate is essential for the body. It plays various roles including helping us to learn and remember things and for the elimination of nitrogen wastes. Glutamate is also the precursor for glutamine, which among other things is an important brain fuel, and for GABA. Glutamate is an excitatory amino acid, so they got his part right. But they left out several important points. First of all glutamate DOES NOT readily cross the blood-brain barrier. It has to be transported across. The body does not transport excess levels of glutamate in to the bran. When we do see problems with glutamate in the brain it is from brain injuries causing the glutamate to pool outside brain cells where is causes a calcium influx in to brain cells killing them. By the way the studies showing the excitatory effects of glutamate involved the injection of glutamate in to the brain. Again this caused an excess of glutamate outside the brain cells. This is not even close to the same as ingestion of glutamates, which again is not readily transported across the blood-brain barrier. In addition, Glutamate is a precursor for the amino acid GABA, which is a neurotransmitter inhibitor. In other words it helps to prevent the over excitation of nerves. So it is a balance to the glutamate.

I live in Malaysia (Its the country above Singapore). Everyone here is what we call "Hantu Durian" in direct translation it means "Ghost Durian" but it actually means "Someone who is obsessed with Durians so much so, that they can eat buckets and buckets of it like a ghost without wanting to stop" . I'm a Hantu Durian myself. Basically we see Durians as "Very Heaty and Fatty Food" so we try to limit ourselves when the Durian season comes. People who ate too much Durian will perspire and heated up for days, so the trick to cool back down is to drink coconut water. Its crazy amazing that you actually use coconut water in your blend like this! Thanks to your dedicated research and explanation, I can now have my dream of eating Durian everyday cause its HEALTHY for me! I'm especially blown away by the fact that it can beautify my skin too! Thanks Markus! Every time I eat Durian in the future, I will spread your wonderful Durian message!

I started out at 138kg, and began working out, dieting and doing the odd fast here and there. I noticed that once I dipped under 105kg I suddenly felt a lot more "aggressive". It was like something was unlocked inside me, and I guess that was when my fat percentage became low enough that the conversion of testosterone into estrogen started turning in favor of the tets. It was amazing.
