Dave gahan es el hombre mas hermoso, bello, delicioso, sexy, precioso, carismatico, excitante, brillante, con una voz magnifica en mi humilde opinion, pero si creo que la cancion no se le escucha muy bien, igual y lo amo....jejej

Where is this version from? I'm a fan of both Depeche Mode and Roxy Music, haven't yet decided wether I like this or not.
@martinmcdonald42074 жыл бұрын
It's not a patch on Roxy's original. No offence boys!
@cristianomarconcini802 Жыл бұрын
This version comes from a tribute album called "Dream Home Heartaches: Remaking/Remodeling Roxy Music" (1999, an idea of John Taylor, Duran Duran bass player that also had his cover in the tribute and played with other artists (here he's playing the bass)).

Right so is Bryan Ferry going to say "this is crap?" Thats not his style he is a gentleman and Gahan is just another bloke who makes synthpop... influenced from Ferry but without any idea what his music is about past the hairstyle and clothes... Gahan should stick to quirky electronic bleeps and drum machines. Ferry is way out of his league.

This version is like a child trying to be like Bryan Ferry. He fails entirely. Lost the entire concept of the song, the mood, style, substance. What a crock of shit this is.
