Horrible advice, you got lucky hanging onto stings ball sack. Weak left hand, weak feet.... eat a steak

It really is drum n bass 15 years before it was drum n bass.

He could be playing rides and kick and you wouldn’t miss the snare. And then when he brings the snare in (driven to tears) it really smacks into gear. This right here is what makes me a fan. Relentlessly in front of everything and yet such a savage feel.

If you move 4/4 one quarter note right the result is backbeats on the 3 & 1, whereas moving one quarter note left gave you backbeats on the 1 & 3 ...

Best version. Stings sick bass sound, Andy's solo. Steward and Sting in sync. Sting and Stew out here sounding like a 90s drum n bass MPC sequence on the break but it's 1980! 🔥🔥This is the '80 tour, btw.

Why are they called octobans; there's only four of them.
@mur_111113 жыл бұрын
They come in 8. There’s a low pitch set(which Stewart uses) and there’s four in that set. Then there’s also a high pitch set, and there’s also four in it.

no doubt copeland is a drum monster, but the hurry that he does in 1:26 is terrific and maybe the main reason why sting and andy got sick and mad about the police, maybe thats why the band could not survive longer

I built eight and six inch diameter octabans in the early eighties,out of eastern maple ,they had a much better sound.I sold them to Ray Ayotte and he marketed them.But the big companies didn't develope them because of the amount of labour in making them relative to the demand.S there is still quiet an amazing potential,as far as sound goes,underdeveloped.good luck to guys building drums.
