True concept. Fear the man that practices 1 kick 10000 times. Not the man that knows 10000 kicks and practices then 1 time

Don’t you need kimura pressure / internal rotation of their shoulder? Here he could easily put his palm to the ceiling and bring his elbow down and out to escape

So typically, I don’t find I get the tap, but I do get people to defend and abort the stand up. So it’s more of a guard retention tool.

My wrists stopped functioning like wrists a decade or so ago. So I go fingers out/palms in the pits for this pass. Your hand would slide right out if you don't trap your own fingers inside.

That’s an sick sweep but is there a risk of getting the back taken?
@richrodriguez13568 күн бұрын
As long as you’re clamping with your knee shield the entire time, and your top knee is in front of their hip, you should be good. Bigger risk is getting countered with a heel hook. If you’re aware of the risk, you should be able to avoid the danger.

Proper meaning fingers over the shoulder? Pretty easy to swim inside and knock the hands off.
