I live in Melbourne, and I came up to Sydney in August 2016 and visited the site of the proposed new Badgerys Creek Airport while I was there. While visiting the airport site I went past the Badgerys Creek Public School, and saw exactly everything that I have just seen here in this video clip. It looks to me as though this school was set on fire after it closed down and was abandoned to make way for the new airport. How can anyone be so heartless, particularly considering that the school has had to be compulsorily aquired by the government in the first place? It saddened me to see the school left in this state after it was abandoned, and viewing this footage was very emotional. The one good thing to come out of it all is that even though this isn't the way that the school should be remembered, the memories of how the area looked will be priceless by the time that there is a huge airport in its place. Thanks for posting memories of it on KZbin before it is gone. RIP Badgerys Creek Public School.
