It all depends who your surgeon is if they’re a butcher you’re gonna be in pain for a long time if they take it easy you won’t be in pain

I was walking with crutches like a few days after surgery. I was told to keep walking and keep moving. I was back at work in like 3 months .

Try living by yourself in a first floor flat like I do when I had mine. I relied on no-one as I live alone. I rehabbed like a maniac at home and was walking without the crutches in a few days and playing soccer 5 months after surgery.

I've had two... Left knee.. First at 18 and 2nd at 21 They first one was torture but the second one was much easier. The pain is something pretty bad during rehab.. Good luck everyone and don't be afraid to gently press the boundaries.. It ain't gonna pop

Why would this increase vertical? You're using less force and the only part of the posterior chain that is firing are the calves. If you're going to argue that it's because of faster force production (in the calves), well of course it takes less time to produce less force.
@Muzicboy3Күн бұрын
I want to know this too… but I’ve seen a few others advocating for this as a good way to increase your vertical

First week after ACL is hell is truth.. I had that surgery 2 month ago. I live alone I got no one to take care of me. First week I really thought I was going to die it’s so painful🥹 but you start feeling better after second week. If I did it I know you can, you got this❤️

Had this done 2 times on the same knee and 8 MCL surgeries on the same knee...the MCL was by far the hardest. 2nd ACL was done well and was an easy recovery. 11 ops on the left knee its great...however. i recently ruptured my achilles! Hang in ther folks...grit your teeth and hold your head high...were survivors!!✊🏻

I lived in my dad’s office when I was sleeping and when I was awake I would move myself to the living room to play video games. Reason why I was in my dad’s office in our home is because my room was upstairs and I could not go up there. And for video games we brought them down or at least my bro 😎 did so I could still play them and have fun. It’s a struggle.
