When do you decide to harvest the plants in the fall, do you wait until the first frost or some other factor? Do you remove all of the leaves? Do you wrap the roots in moist paper like you do the blackberries/raspberries? What temperature and humidity do you keep the plants at in the cooler? Thanks!
